Do I have to attend all the sessions during ExpoMom 2020 Online?

The sessions will be live during the specific time slots indicated in the program schedule but you can choose which sessions you want to watch.

 

A session that I am interested in is scheduled at a time I cannot attend live, will I still be able to watch it?

They will also be available in the ExpoMom 2020 Online Facebook Group after the live time slot if you would like to rewatch or catch the discussion topic — but you will miss the interactive Q&A portion that only happens during the live session.

Yes, our Basic Pass allows anyone from any part of the world to attend the 2-day conference. However, the free conference kit cannot be shipped internationally unless the attendee is willing to cover international shipping.

Yes, but you will need to make special arrangements for international shipping. International shipping is also affected by pandemic restrictions.

The link to join the ExpoMom 2020 closed Facebook Group will only be sent to those with confirmed ticket payments.

I sent my proof of payment as a reply to the order confirmation email, why haven’t I received the link to join the event platform?

Our team needs 2-4 working days to verify payments. After 2-4 days, your payment will be confirmed and an email confirmation will be sent to you.

I am inside the ExpoMom 2020 event platform, why haven’t I received my shopping credit?

For those who registered on or before August 23, 2020 you will receive your shopping credit on the physical ticket sent to you along with your Conference Kit.

 

You will also receive a copy in your email.

 

For those who registered after August 23, 2020 you will receive your shopping credit in your email first then the physical copy will follow with your Conference Kit.

 

Can I invite my friends to the ExpoMom 2020 Online event platform?

Yes! Please tell them to purchase a ticket on https://www.mommymundo.com/expomom

When will I receive my Conference Kit?

If you paid for your ExpoMom 2020 Online ticket on or before August 23, 2020 you will receive your free Conference Kit on or before August 29, 2020.

 

If you paid for your ExpoMom 2020 Online ticket on or before August 23, 2020 you will receive your free Conference Kit starting from the week of August 31, 2020 and arrival time will vary depending on your location.

When will I receive my Loot Bag?

Bronze, Silver, and Gold ticket holders will receive their loot bag along with items purchased from the Mommy Mundo Online Shop during ExpoMom 2020.

Is there a weight limit on purchases made on the Mommy Mundo Shop?

There is no weight limit but items above 20kg will need to be coordinated with gemma@mommymundo.com for special shipping arrangements.

What locations can Mommy Mundo ship to?
  • We can ship anywhere in the Philippines, provided there are no lockdowns in the area.
  • We can ship internationally to countries not banning shipments from the Philippines and dependent on courier availability. International shipping will be arranged specially for international buyers.
When will I receive the items I bought during ExpoMom 2020 Online?
  • We will consolidate shipments at the end of the ExpoMom 2020 Online Special Shopping Deals period (August 29-September 4, 2020). Items will then be shipped out but arrival times may vary depending on the buyer’s location.
  • Perishable goods bought at ExpoMom 2020 will ship separately as they will be directly shipped by the seller.

 

I selected Good Banda PH as my shipping method, why can’t I proceed with checkout?

Your location may be outside Metro Manila or your total items exceeded the maximum weight limit.
